CodeVaultEx provides software and hosting. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution, and nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
No bot is guaranteed to be profitable. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Any strategy can and may lose money, including more than you expect in fast-moving or illiquid conditions.
Some performance shown on the Service is generated in paper (simulated) mode or is otherwise hypothetical. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they are achieved with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real capital, and cannot fully account for real-world factors such as liquidity, slippage, latency, fees, and the emotional pressures of live trading. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. A track record โ even a verified one โ does not predict what a bot will do going forward.
Performance shown as "verified" is independently recorded by us from the bot's real execution on our platform โ that is, from orders and fills the bot actually generated while running in our hosted environment โ rather than self-reported by the creator. We design our recording to be tamper-resistant, but no system is perfect, and a recorded track record is a description of past activity, not a guarantee of authenticity, accuracy, or future results.
Paper vs. live. Where results are produced in paper (simulated) mode, fees and slippage are estimated rather than taken from real order-book fills, so simulated returns will differ โ sometimes materially โ from what the same strategy would achieve with real capital. We label paper results as such where shown; live results reflect actual fills on a connected account.
CodeVaultEx never takes custody of your funds. If you connect a brokerage or exchange and enable live execution, the bot acts within limits you set, on your account, using credentials you provide. You are responsible for monitoring your account, setting appropriate risk limits, and the consequences of any trades placed.
Automated systems can fail. Bugs, outages, connectivity issues, exchange downtime, API changes, or unexpected market conditions may cause missed trades, duplicate trades, or losses. Use kill-switches and risk limits, and never rely on automation you do not understand.
Consider your financial situation and consult a licensed professional before trading. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept these risks. This disclaimer is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
